Do you service my area?

We currently service most of Broward County. At this time, we do not service Dade County or Palm Beach County. You can view the specific cities we cover on our Locations page, or feel free to email us at info@bluechipmaids.com to confirm whether your home is within our service area.

How much will it cost?

Our standard cleanings start at $99. With our current $150 off promotion ($25 off each of your first six cleanings), your initial cleanings can start as low as $74. Your price will update automatically on our booking page based on the services and extras you select. No in‑person quotes or hassle required. Just fast, simple online booking.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, we provide all of our own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment. If you prefer that we use a specific product in your home, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes, absolutely. On the Booking Page, you can select any additional services you’d like under the ‘Select Extras’ section. If you have specific requests or notes, feel free to include them in the Comments Box at the bottom of the page.

How do I sign up for my Blue Chip Maids account?

Click the “Sign Up” button at the bottom (footer) of the website, then enter your email address and password and click “Sign In”.

What are your office hours and cleaning hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST. Our cleaning teams operate during the same hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

How soon before my appointment can I make changes or cancel?

You can make changes to your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours may be subject to a late cancellation fee. For full details, please review our Terms & Conditions on the Book Now page.

How many cleaners do you send?

One cleaner will be assigned to each appointment. However, for deep cleanings, move‑in/move‑out cleanings, or any appointment that reasonably requires additional support, two cleaners may be assigned at our discretion.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes. Every member of our cleaning team has been thoroughly vetted to ensure exceptional quality, professionalism, and reliability. We take great care in selecting cleaners who meet our high standards and who are committed to meeting your needs. Blue Chip Maids is also fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your peace of mind.

What if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If anything comes up during your cleaning, just give us a call or send us an email. We’ll address the issue right away and do everything we can to make it right.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We use Stripe for secure, reliable credit card processing. Your billing information is protected and handled with industry‑leading security standards.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes. All of our cleaning professionals undergo a thorough background check as part of our vetting process, along with an in‑person interview to ensure they meet our standards for professionalism, reliability, and integrity. We take great care in selecting team members you can feel completely comfortable welcoming into your home.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

Our goal is to make sure you’re completely happy with your cleaning. If anything falls short of your expectations, we’ll return and re‑clean the areas of concern at no additional cost.

Here’s how it works:

  • If you’re home at the end of your appointment: Your cleaner will invite you to do a walkthrough before they leave. This gives you the chance to point out anything you’d like touched up or re‑cleaned on the spot.
  • If you’re not home at the end of the appointment: You can complete your inspection once you return. If you notice any missed areas or are dissatisfied with any part of the cleaning, simply email us with your notes. We will schedule a complimentary “Make‑Up Cleaning” for the next business day you’re available, and we’ll re‑clean those areas free of charge.

Please note: Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not include refunds. If a client is unavailable to receive us for a make‑up cleaning, this does not qualify for a refund. The guarantee ensures you receive a properly cleaned home, which includes us returning—at no cost—to address any areas that need additional attention. For make‑up cleanings, the client must be home at the end of the appointment to complete an inspection and confirm satisfaction.

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

Absolutely — we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your peace of mind.

Are there any hidden or extra fees?

No, there are no hidden or unexpected fees. The price shown on our booking form is the total amount due. The only additional charges that may apply are any valet or metered parking fees incurred during your appointment.

When will my credit card be charged?

We place a hold on the credit card on file the day before your appointment to ensure funds are available. The card is charged only after the cleaning has been completed.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

A standard cleaning covers all main areas of your home—including bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and living spaces—to keep everything fresh, tidy, and well‑maintained. This service includes vacuuming and/or mopping floors, dusting surfaces, removing cobwebs, wiping down door handles, light fixtures, tables, and countertops, cleaning windowsills, dusting interior window surfaces and baseboards, and emptying trash with bag replacement.

In bedrooms, we make the bed (and change linens upon request), dust furniture and décor, clean lamps and lampshades, remove fingerprints from woodwork and switch plates, and vacuum or wash floors—including under the bed when accessible.

In bathrooms, we scrub and disinfect the tub, shower tiles, toilet, sinks, countertops, and fixtures; clean mirrors; dust blinds and baseboards; and vacuum or wash the floors.

In the kitchen, we clean appliance exteriors, the inside and outside of the microwave, disinfect countertops and the backsplash (with items removed and replaced), clean cabinet fronts, scrub and disinfect the sink, dust blinds and baseboards, and vacuum or wash the floors. If space allows, we’ll load dirty dishes into the dishwasher.

In living areas, we dust furniture (top, front, and underneath), clean lamps and picture frames, dust ceiling fans, vacuum carpets and/or wash hard floors, clean hallways and stairs, and complete general straightening. Upholstered furniture can be vacuumed upon request.

What is included in a deep cleaning?

A deep cleaning goes beyond a standard recurring cleaning by addressing areas that are typically overlooked during routine upkeep. This often includes carefully moving kitchen and household appliances to clean the surfaces and spaces beneath and behind them. We thoroughly wipe down and dust these areas to ensure they’re free of dust, cobwebs, spills, and stains. We recommend scheduling a deep cleaning for your first visit, followed by regular standard cleanings to maintain your home and help prevent the need for frequent deep cleans.

What is a “move-in/move-out” cleaning?

A move‑in/move‑out cleaning is a detailed service designed to prepare a home for new occupancy. Many leases and home contracts require this type of cleaning before moving in or out. In addition to all Standard Cleaning tasks, we provide a deeper level of care, including dusting all surfaces, cleaning kitchen appliances, wiping down and cleaning the inside of cabinets, scrubbing toilets, cleaning sinks and countertops, wiping all flat surfaces, and vacuuming or mopping all floors. Our goal is to make your transition as smooth and stress‑free as possible.

What is cleaned in each bedroom?

Each bedroom receives a thorough cleaning, including making the bed (with linens changed upon request), cleaning lamps and dusting lampshades, removing fingerprints from woodwork, door frames, and switch plates, dusting picture frames, and dusting all furniture—top, front, and underneath. Floors are vacuumed and/or washed, including under the bed when accessible. We also clean windowsills, dust interior window surfaces, dust baseboards, empty the trash, clean mirrors, and complete general straightening to leave the room neat and refreshed.

What is cleaned in each bathroom?

Each bathroom receives a thorough top‑to‑bottom cleaning. This includes scrubbing, disinfecting, and rinsing the tub and shower tiles; disinfecting the toilet inside and out; cleaning and shining chrome fixtures; neatly hanging and folding towels; disinfecting countertops (with all items removed and replaced); cleaning cabinet fronts; scrubbing and disinfecting sinks; vacuuming and/or washing the floors; cleaning windowsills; and dusting interior window surfaces, blinds, and baseboards. We also empty the trash and clean all mirrors to leave the space fresh and spotless.

What is cleaned in the kitchen?

In the kitchen, we clean all appliance exteriors, including the inside and outside of the microwave. We remove fingerprints from woodwork, door frames, and switch plates; clean tables and chairs; disinfect countertops and the backsplash; clean cabinet fronts; vacuum and/or wash the floors; clean windowsills; and dust interior window surfaces, blinds, and baseboards. We also scrub and disinfect the sink and empty the trash. If space allows, we’ll load dirty dishes into the dishwasher. Please note that washing dishes by hand and emptying the dishwasher are not included in our services. If the dishwasher is full, any remaining dishes will be placed back in the sink after the sink has been cleaned.

What is cleaned in the living room/area?

In the living room and common areas, we fluff and straighten cushions and pillows, remove fingerprints from woodwork, door frames, and switch plates, dust ceiling fans, clean lamps and dust lampshades, and dust picture frames. All furniture is dusted on top, front, and underneath. We vacuum and/or wash hardwood floors, vacuum carpets, and clean hallways and stairs. Windowsills are cleaned, and interior window surfaces, blinds, and baseboards are dusted. Upholstered furniture can be vacuumed upon request. We also empty the trash and complete general straightening to leave the space tidy and refreshed.

Do you clean windows?

Our standard window service includes wiping down windowsills and dusting blinds and window surfaces. If you’d like the interior window glass professionally cleaned, you can select that option under ‘Extra Services’ on the Book Now page during checkout.

Will the same cleaning professional service my home each time?

Yes. We assign a dedicated cleaning professional to your home so you can enjoy consistent, reliable service at every visit. We always do our best to ensure your regular cleaner is available for your scheduled appointments.

If your assigned cleaner is unavailable due to illness, travel, vacation, or a personal matter, we will send a qualified substitute from our team. You can expect the same high‑quality cleaning you’re accustomed to—backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

What happens if my usual cleaning professional is unavailable?

If your regular cleaning professional is unavailable, we’ll assign a qualified substitute cleaner from our team to ensure your appointment is never missed. Your regular cleaner and the substitute cleaner will review the details of your home and your preferences beforehand to maintain the same level of quality you’re accustomed to.

Please note that advance notice of a cleaner change is not provided. If a substitute cleaner is turned away at the time of service, a late cancellation fee may apply.

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee always remains in effect. If anything is missed or not up to standard, we will return to make it right at no additional cost.

Do you clean the exterior of homes?

We clean the full interior of your home; however, we do not provide exterior cleaning services. This includes areas such as balconies, patios, porches, and exterior windows.

Can you service our home if our A/C unit is not working?

We’re only able to service homes with a working A/C unit, and it must be running during the appointment. If your A/C is not functioning, we’ll need to postpone your cleaning until the unit has been repaired.

What does the “Inside Kitchen Cabinets” cleaning entail?

Our Inside Kitchen Cabinets service includes wiping down the interior surfaces of your kitchen cabinets and can be added to any standard or deep cleaning. Please ensure that all cabinets are completely emptied before our team arrives. If the cabinets are not empty at the time of service, this add‑on will be removed from your booking and you will not be charged for it.
